• Job Details:Successfully participated in 6 scheduled shutdown activities in various plants, managed activities for the monthly maintenance schedule, studied every detail of the schedule and arranged each activity before shutdown, adhered to the minutely detailed time schedules, considered all safety precautions and work permits, led and divided site manpower based on each area activity, provided technical advice to accomplish the job at minimal time and effort, communicated with maintenance and production department if any unexpected issue was revealed, handed over the plant in time before the scheduled hydro-tests.

• Job Details:Managed the construction work of the lime kiln area piping system and its connection to the newly installed equipment, studied bill of materials specs, reviewed vendor drawings, reviewed piping layout and checked for interference using Navisworks 3D model, acquired knowledge of ASME B codes, PIP, DIN, API and other piping components standards, overcame site and design difficulties of specific lines and suggested alternative routings, conducted required as-built drawings, daily report of the piping & supports installation and welding activity.
