• Job Details:o Responsible for the Relationship Between SAP & Point of sale (RPOS) o Create Database for the New Branches and add (customer – Items). o Create a customer, Condition, users, and add pc. o Block customer Resignation users. o Monitor Missing RPOS folio, and resend it to SAP. o Monitor Sales Summary status for branches. o Follow up with Master data team and Update the Price list. o Open return folio that exceeded the limit time (Cash & Insurance). o Delete invoice that include error. o Handle finger print issues.

system and network administratorFull Time

• Job Details:-Responsible for all network connections between H.Q and all branches. -Responsible for Roshdy chains of pharmacies (more than 90), running 24/7 business operations. -Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service and internet access) & Installing and Managing servers -Responsible for installing and keep the RPOS up and running in all chains.
