• Job Details:• Research and identify prospective suppliers (Sourcing) matching company’s regulations. • Receive purchase requisition (Purchase Application Plan) from all projects in the company • Issue requests for quotation (RFQ) to suppliers attached with all technical data, negotiate suppliers and prepare price comparisons. • Follow up with the technical office to review the material’s specifications in order to prepare a submittal form to be reviewed and approved by the Consultant. • Manage the purchasing process from issuing the purchase request to the purchase order until complete delivery. • Follow up the materials produced with the suppliers and their arrival dates to the site and ensure the materials are not delayed and match with purchase orders in terms of quality and quantity. • Follow up supplier’s payments with the Accounting Department. • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving all issues.

Mechanical Technical office engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Worked as a technical office engineer and site engineer. • Prepare shop drawings and submittals. • Prepare BOQ for HVAC and Firefighting Systems • Use HAP and Duct sizer to modify some places agreed to change with the owner.
