• Job Details:Receive RFQ (Request for Quotation) from management, evaluation & studying of Tender, well-versed contract procedure. Coordinate with respective departments to prepare estimates.  Sourcing material and its costs following the tender requirement and managing suppliers to meet cost, delivery, schedule, and quality objectives, and preparing sub-contract inquiries and contracts if needed.  Prepare Bid/Tender quotation/proposal (technical, commercial, and contractual), and final submission to the client. Follow-up, and submit clarifications to the client till the award of the project/ Tender.  Attend tender meetings with clients, and organized contract reviews as well as hand-over packages to the project management team.  Prepare Bill of Material (BOM), material requisition for procurement, material inquiries, follow-up, and obtain material prices with coordination with the procurement department.
