Architect & 3D DesignerFull Time

• Job Details:Scope of work:(Architecture + 3D EVENTS & Exhibitions Design) • Implement & contribute to the Design process of large scale villa projects. • Exist new functional design for renovation projects. • Check & Coordinate the full architectural package of drawings with other sections (Civil & MEP) & apply essential modifications. • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations. • Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact. • Participate in online team meetings for international remote projects and contribute to developing ideas & come up with problem solutions. • Import the best suitable design environment of the project through identity, materials, lighting, plantings, decorations & other elements. • Produce all the 2D & 3D Design and visualization work for outdoor/indoor events, exhibitions & Activations like: Mega Park Carnival -Wedding Fairs in hotels (JW Marriotte-EZDAN Palace -The Westin Hotel -Dana Hotel).

Architectural EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Top Projects: ( The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) - The Agricultural Bank of Egypt (ABE) - Upper Egypt Railway Station, Bashteel - The Portsaid Tourist Pathway ) - Generate full architectural package of drawings containing site plans, recheck calculations, floor plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and reflective ceiling plans for the project. - Create & 3D visualize the Interior & exterior design of the projects. - Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact. - Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs. - Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections. - Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem solution & idea generation. - Review shop drawings, specifications and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies.
