• Job Details:I work as an accounts receivable accountant at "T.B.S Holding Group" and grateful to be part of this great facility and mu role can be summarized as : - Maintaining the billing system. - Monitoring and controlling sales orders creation on ERP System - Review invoices on customer codes in quantities and prices. - Generating invoices and ensure to be delivered to customers. -Manage the collection process to minimize outstanding balances and overdue accounts. - Provide “Data Registry Sheet” for customers. - Ensure that invoices are uploaded on tax portal site. - Dealing with tax portal site especially in module ( Value Added Tax ). - Reviewing & approving credit request submitted by customer - Monitoring customer credit limit - Review contract terms with customer to agree on - Tracking and record payment remitted from customers. - Tracking dues collections and follow up with the expected collections. - Facilitate collection from overdue accounts as necessary. - Process accurate and timely customer payments and settlements in records. - Provide updated daily sales report to track cash collection with salesmen. - Provide Receivable Aging Report. - Maintaining accounts receivable files and records. - Processing and recording transactions. - Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries. - Assisting in general financial management and analysis. - Assisting in monthly closing.
