• Job Details:Quantity surveying for all structure and arch. elements & material takeoff and detailed BOQs. Make invoices & AOF for clients and subcontractors. Preparing as-built drawings and review shop drawings to ensure that all documentation and records are approved by consultant. Material submittal and approval on SAP logon and prepares technical papers. Study and prepare requests for information & proposal (RFI & RFP) and resolve technical conflicts and unexpected construction issues. Review and monitor project programs procedures and controls. Attend weekly meetings with client. Coordination with all departments related to the project and ensure efficient workflow.

Site Engineer

• Job Details:Supervising the construction of buildings in Sadat City, Menoufia. Design of residential buildings with skills in (SAFE – AutoCAD – ETABS – MS Office). Monitoring progress of the work. Ensure that only specified or approved materials are used in the works. Receiving the columns and ceiling after the repair and making sure that the implementation is compatible with the design and signing invoices.
