• Job Details:Conducted thorough risk assessments for all plant jobs, establishing clear procedures and protocols. • Successfully implemented an emergency response team (ERT), including organization charts, evacuation procedures, fire response protocols, and medical evacuation/injury handling procedures. • Initiated and conducted documented pre-deployment safety orientations for new employees. • Developed and delivered training programs to enhance safety awareness, education, and employee competency. • Led comprehensive investigations of accidents/incidents, including near misses, to identify root causes and implement permanent preventive measures. • Performed daily inspections throughout the plant, verifying safe work methods, adequate fire and fall protection, proper maintenance of welfare/first aid facilities, approved tool usage, and sufficient PPE provision and usage. • Established and maintained a safety observation reporting system, ensuring prompt follow-up and corrective actions by relevant departments. • Rigorously monitored permit-required activities like confined space entries, hot work, and equipment energization, guaranteeing strict adherence to all safety regulations.

Safety EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Reports to and assists the Project HSE Manager overall. • Implementation of approved Project HSE / Loss Prevention Program, with a primary function of performing continuous monitoring at the work site to ensure continuing conformance of field workforce with all relevant safety, health, and security requirements/programs and develop specific to project safety action plan, training materials to enhance safety awareness, education, and competency of the employees. • Develop a specific HSE action plan required for the execution of work activity in accordance with the engineering method of statement. • Closely monitors scaffold erection / dismantling work, permit-required confined space entries, crane work/ lifting operations, hot work, equipment energization, tie-ins, and similar hazardous activities and, ensures that all relevant requirements are complied with.

Safety EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Preparing risk assessments for conducted jobs on the site. • Responsible for reviewing daily PTW. • Monitoring and supervising the mechanical lifting operations such as cranes, man lifts, and forklifts. • Make warning letters and violations for the main company and subcontractors. • Carries out daily site surveys to ensure; that only safe work methods are in operation, adequate fire and fall protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained, approved tools are being used and sufficient Personal Protective Equipment is provided and properly worn. • Maintaining good communication with my supervisor, managers, and workplace associates while working and behaving.
