Job Details:-Dealing with external and internal sub contractors and overseas designers effectively within budgets averaging 400 million EGP. -Providing technical support, advice and guidance to the Team. -Responsible for high-level schematic system design, specification development, submittal review, design document review, management of design-build contractors, oversight of installation, participation in commissioning, and transition to operations. -Taking part in regular collaboration and coordination with the mechanical and architecture works as well as the construction management team and the equipment procurement team. -Providing technical engineering information and assistance to ensure that overseas component specification comply with the project requirements and the local equipment specification. -Ensuring full consultation and engagement with internal and external stakeholders takes place before, during and after work, as required. -Analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the electrical requirements of the project. -Completing quality assurance on all electrical components and projects, and writing up reports and MOM.

Job Details:- Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ, RFI ..etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution. - Preparing RFIs and send them to the project consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts. - Communication with concerned departments to prepare the general procurement plan. - Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured. - Cable sizing and selection, single line diagram, voltage drop and short circuit calculations, panel schedule sheets and shop drawings. -Preparing the subcontractors' and client's invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer. -Following-up with the subcontractors all issues related to engineering. -Installation and configuration of Light Current Systems such as BMS, fire alarm, and similar products according to project needs.
