I was responsible for the company’s headquarters, receiving clients, organizing lecture halls, lecture dates, and coordinating between clients and lecturers.

• Job Details:the vice manager for Medical Convoys Activity at Resala Association is responsible for following up on 3 branches and ensuring that the required target is achieved, such as the number of volunteers, donations, and the number of convoys during each month. I was also responsible for completing government approvals for each convoy and coordinating them with officials, in addition to preparing monthly reports on performance. Each branch to identify the negatives and try to avoid them in the following months. I also used to do some accounting work, including disbursing monthly advances to purchase deficiencies and equipment for each branch and settling them with the accounts department on a monthly basis.
