• Job Details:• Managing and posting the day-to-day transactions in SAP. • Maintaining the records in SAP to be accurate and up to date. • Managing the AR cycle and following up with the customers. • Supporting in the AP cycle with the AP shared center team in India. • Managing the taxation for VAT, WHT, ST, and CIT. • Handling ETA portal through adding items codes and issuing the E-invoices. • Processing the bank transfers and payments in the bank portal. • Preparing the bank and guarantees reconciliation. • Managing Letter of guarantees, Letter of credit, and Cash against document. • Managing payroll (Processing a transfer in the bank portal then posting in SAP). • Managing debit notes and credit notes. • Managing the month-end and year-end closing process. • Supporting in the preparation of the financial statements. • Reporting to the foreign direct manager in Dubai. • Handling the external auditor, tax consultant, and the bank. • Implementing SAP S/4Hana ERP system.

Internal financial auditorFull Time

• Job Details:• Auditing the standalone and consolidated financial statements. • Auditing the compliance of the financial statements with IFRS. • Auditing and analyzing the general ledgers and trial balance. • Auditing the accrual and tax transactions. • Ensuring the completeness of the financial data and the supporting documents. • Auditing other activities such as the investment process. • Auditing the financial processes and controls.

General accountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Managing the day-to-day transactions. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the ERP system. • Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets. • Performing bank and intercompany reconciliations. • Computing taxes (VAT and WHT) and handling ETA portal. • Assisting in the annual closing and audit. • Implementing Next ERP system. • Performing accounts reconciliations and analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the financial data. • Preparing the monthly financial statements. • Analyzing the monthly revenues and expenses. • Handling the external auditor and the tax consultant. • Searching for the accounting issues and determine the proper handling of the transactions in accordance with IFRS.
