• Job Details:• Assisting in the supervision and coordination of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. • Collaborating with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy. • Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular audits to prevent stockouts and minimize shrinkage. • Coordinating with the retail team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to stores and customers. • Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports. • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff. • Assisting in the planning and execution of physical inventory counts and reconciliation processes. • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs. • Performing other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or senior management.

• Job Details:•Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures • Develop and implement svstems to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet demand • Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers • Work closely with other departments, including sales, purchasing, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipping schedules • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order and that all safety and security protocols are followed • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively Manage the budget for the warehouse, ensuring that expenses are kept within approved limits • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
