• Job Details:• Prepare and handling on job trainings for new engineers. • Handling of subordinates (QM engineers and inspectors). • Ensure the implementation of customer specific requirements. • Handling of customer complaints. • Ensure that quality targets are met on all different teams. • Realization of ISO TS 16949, LEONI standards & BMW BU requirements. • Performs Process, Product & Area audits. • Prepare quality plans for new projects (FMEA / Control plans). • Implementation of LEAN concepts during our daily activities. • 5S auditor within offices and production areas. Education: Technical Education Qualified average, automotive technology and systems, electric Skills: Interpersonal skills: • Ability to solve problems. • Ability to work good in tight deadlines. • Ability to operate productively with others. • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to pay attention to minute detail and quality. • Initiative, adaptive, and willingness to learn. Computer: • Microsoft office. • AutoCAD (2D). Language: • Good command of both written and spoken "English".
