• Job Details:Receive calls from BMW/MINI hotline number and greet customers warmly to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times and ascertain problem or reason for calling to ensure resolving the problem. • Handle customer complaints and follow up with customer cases with the relevant departments to ensure that the needed actions are taken, Classify the customers' complaints and inquiries to be analyzed by the VOC team. • Respond promptly to customers questions and inquiries related to products and services. • Follow up with communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide professional customer support.

Pre-delivery inspector (PDI)Full Time

• Job Details:• Receive instructions from the sales team by telephone or in person and allocate to Workshop team on computerised reservation system ensuring the highest standard of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements • Determining services needed by reviewing service history and referencing manufacturer requirements. • Carry out PDI on new vehicles and fit accessories where required. • Arrange body repairs where required on sales vehicles. • Keep the sales team up to date and arrange suitable delivery times for the customer hand over. • Organise the demo vehicles and ensure they are kept to the manufactures standards. • Carry out call paper work and battery maintains that is required by the manufacture.
