• Job Details: Foreign Purchasing • Managing the Foreign Purchasing procedures. • Calculate the landed costs for the material . • Negotiating prices and payments terms to get the best cash flow. • Review the shipment documents (CI, PL & BL). • Coordinate with the supplier to upload the documents throw Cargox.  Production Planning • Weekly analysis for SEEG PSI to determine the demand trend & figure out shortage Material. • Set up the factory production Plan based on Samsung requirements. • Review the BOM for each product & QTY base. • Review the production plan execution rate.  Logistics • Create ACID for the coming shipment throw Nafeza platform. • Manage the shipment booking with the FWD to get the best Schedule. • Apply for form 4 with the bank & follow up till we get the form 4 . • Apply & send the required documents for the related authorities (Agriculture, General Security, GOIC & NTRA …etc.) for CC if any. • Follow up till get the CD for the shipment, review, then Pay CD.  Warehouse • Laying out work plans and allocating storage places for the ROH & FG warehouses. • Follow up warehouse operations and inventory management, whether daily or quarterly inventories cycle counting. • Make tours inside the store to ensure compliance with the correct standards for operations, safety, occupational health and quality. • Ensure the commitment of the employees to implement the company's general instructions or operating instructions. • Ensure the accuracy of the reports sent by the team and the quality of work in general.

Supply Chain SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details: Managing the planning and forecasting for the products to figure out the shortage products.  Creating POs for the shortage products to maintain our stock.  Make sure that all the required document for the custom clearance provided (PI, CI, PL & COO).  Managing the logistic with the FWD starting from the Booking, Pick up the goods & custom clearance.  Managing vendor management inventory (VMI) for Zebra products.  Handling the over stock and slow moving items and take the decision accordingly.  Communicate with suppliers for each area of business (POs, Price, Inco term, payment term & rebate).  Communicate with the Finance team to clear overdue payment & make the payment plan for the suppliers.  Follow up with the supplier from PO stage till the material arrive our warehouse respecting agreed terms and conditions.

Local Procurement Senior SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details: Receiving the purchasing requisition for all electrical and mechanical spare parts.  Send RFQ for all the potential supplier.  Evaluate the quotation and negotiate with the supplier to get the best price and delivery.  Issue PO to the most proper supplier.  Follow up with the supplier from PO stage till the material arrive our warehouse.  Get the confirmation from the warehouse about the Quantity and the requester about the material condition.  Follow up with finance department to close the invoices settlement.
