• Job Details:Responsible for : - Mechanical Design for different different equipments and customized industrial solutions according to customer needs. (Force, Motion, mechanisms, FEA, Frame Analysis Fastener selection, Power transmission elements, Hydraulic circuit design, Mechanical considerations) - implement DFM and DFA concepts. - Taking into consideration ergonomic rules. - Preparing BOM. - Conducting proper Construction, working drawings and working files. - Conducting technical reports, product spec sheet, installation and operation manual. - Oversee Manufacturing, Assembly and installation for systems, equipment and products to ensure project completion in a proper time manner - contacting manufacturers - Reverse engineering - meeting client to set requirements needed for project - implement advanced and suitable industrial solutions for factories and companies

Research and Development mechanical design engineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for Silicone molding prototype fabrication - making design of experiment (DOE) to study material behavior - mold design and manufacturing - epoxy casting - CAM and G-code generation - CFD multiphase model Casting simulation
