• Job Details:Project: Riyadh Metro – KSA Client: CAMCO  Define and clarify scope of work,  Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, KPI and life-cycle requirements.  Plan and manage facility central services (MEP). Such as Electrical, Mechanical, Plumping, HVAC, Low current, BMS, Fire alarm, Firefighting, Civil work, Waste Management, Soft services.  Develop the project plan and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives.  Submit contract deliverables as per the contract requirements.  Procurement, Logistic and all Contract Management requirement.  Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing.  Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers.  Build up the organization chart as per contract requirements.  Prepare and track facility budget.  Managing and organizing the handover and takeover process.  Preparing the snag list during the handover and takeover process.  Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants.  Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.  Perform risk management to minimize project risks.  Generate and present regular reports.  Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment  Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency  Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving.  Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels. Performance manage, develop and train staff.
