  • Job Details: Led Quality Assurance for 3 Op-Cos in a BW Big data on HANA implementation for a Tel-Co customer. It was the first project of its kind, so I developed the approach and plan, and reported on it weekly to the customer.  Initiated collaboration between the Tel-Co project team and SAP experts and other project teams with relevant experience to close performance issues.  Managed forecasting, financial tracking and internal reporting for projects in MENA (~10M USD total).  Recruited 12 resources (out of over 40 candidates) for projects starting with the resource requests specifying the required knowledge and skills, to interviews, scoring, selection and on-boarding.

  • Job Details: Led the Human Capital Management Go-Live of 7 entities (~ 5000 FTEs), 2 of which I was assigned in crisis mode in a government shared services project, including data validation, data migration, end user training and support. Go-Live was reached on time, and within budget for all 7 entities.  Implemented Fiori for 7 customers across MENA and Europe on premise and in the Cloud.  Safeguarded landscape migrations to new S/4HANA and Fiori releases for 2 SAP partners in Europe.
