• Job Details: Finding out what the client wants to achieve  Agreeing the time scales, costs and resources needed  Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project  Selecting and leading a project team  Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services  Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget  Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to senior managers  Applying management techniques to the construction packages of fully finished 512 and 842 fully finished apartments at 2 projects including their plot fences.  Directing consultants and contractors as well as dealing with the client,  Attends weekly progress, design meetings and coordination meetings to solve any conflicts.  Monitoring and controlling the site and ensure the safety and the quality on site  Involving in the handing over process.  Involved in studying the claims, variation orders and applying the contract.  Participate in preparing progress reports ,daily photos or logs to the client. Responsible for the close out of the package and handing over

Senior Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Duties:  Checking for all delivered materials on site  Checking for all Concrete Tests (Temperature Test, Slump test, ultrasonic waves test and Cubes test) as approved Specifications.  Checking for all Soil Tests  Inspect all structure work  Weekly meeting with our team  Weekly meeting with the contractors  Responsible for all the contractors and their invoices, shop drawings and the snag list.  Daily update for contractor’s manpower & work on site.  Follow up all work and quality issues at site.

Senior Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Duties: -Response for building B reconstruction at cairo airport terminal 2 -Supervision & following up with subcontractor at site -Making daily meeting with my team to arrange work at site -Construction of all works on site and handover inspections to the consultant. -Daily meeting with sub contractor to arrange work on site -Solving technical problems with technical office -Working in accordance with the base line schedule to achieve contractual milestones & finish dates. -Making weekly update with planning engineer -Make sure for quality first for our work -Push sub contractor to work hard with high quality in good time -Managing site resources (labor,equipment,material)
