• Job Details:- Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks. - Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems. - Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal control ) - Oversee all internal control operations and the company’s finance IT system "SAP" B1. - Develop the corporate fundraising strategy . - Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis - Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives - Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines - Analyze trends to reduce financial risks associated with making investment or spending decisions - Have a strong understanding of fiscal policy and investment regulations - Create usable budgets for the business, including evaluating the needs of each department in the long term - Offer advice to the CEO regarding spending and budget questions.

• Job Details:Maintain overall accounting and finance procedures and rebuilding accounting rules. - Overview finance procedures in official manner to meet the accounting and financial statement standard. - Prepare KPI of financial position to the top management In Monthly Basis. - Internal controlling, budgeting, review accounting transaction. - Preparing financial reports to follow up the activity to achieve the best goals. - Monitoring and managing the organization’s bank relationships, liquidity and facilities management - Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management - Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements (if applicable) - Daily cash management - Debt facilities management - Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies - Preparing management and board reports - Liaising with senior management across the organization.
