• Job Details:• Project: Hawaii Sahl Hasheesh Resort (10 Buildings + Hotel + Swimming Pools + Landscape). • Client: Sea View Real State. • Project Manager: ProBuild Egypt-Project Management Services. • Contractor: Sea Breeze Contracting. • Project Value: (250,000,000) EGP. - Main Responsibilities: • Handle all inspections at site for ongoing activities (Underground, concrete, finishing, landscape, …… etc.) works. • Handle (Technical, coordination, progress, negotiation, …. etc.) meetings with all project parties/stakeholders. • Review and approve project’s submittals (Shop drawings, material, method of statement, RFIs , … etc.) based on project specifications, drawings, codes & standards. • Review and approve (Daily, weekly, monthly, look ahead, ………) reports to achieve the project key milestones. • Issue monthly payment to contractor as per progress plus monitoring the project budget on periodical biases. • Ensure all activities/works and used materials at site are as per project specifications, drawings, codes & standards. • Ensure safety measures are achieved at site for all going on activities as per approved safety plan. • Issue (Site instructions, NCRs, safety instructions, …. etc.) for all miss standards, poor quality, …. etc. happen at site. • Review all the variations and assist the client for final decision based on the project budget. • Assist the client to take the decisions for the alternatives based on the project specification & budget.
