• Job Details:Provide reference assistance to users, answering questions about information sources, research methods, and the library's collection. Assist library patrons through the borrowing process and both investigate and solve any problems related to it. Create and maintain Subject guides for all of the Arts and Design college departments and The English department of the College of Arts and Humanities. Teach library information literacy classes and help students learn how to find and use information effectively. Collaborate with other librarians and library staff to offer the "Document Supply" service using RapidILL and write monthly reports which includes all the service statistics. Conduct Academic Honesty/Academic Integrity classes for university students. Study the library website’s UX design by making a heuristic evaluation and usability tests for both students and academic users to study their behavior to make the website more accessible. Facilitate presentation skills training for summer trainees. Respond to patrons' inquiries through email and website chat.
