• Job Details:-Member of the R&D Engineering team. - Design equipment and special tools for multiple types of machinery (Pneumatic and Hydraulic Related), including valves, Actuators for Guiding systems. - usage of Design software such as SolidWorks and Pro-engineer to facilitate the design, simulation and motion simulation. - Make illustrative videos (exploded animations, and motion simulation) for prototypes. - Designing fixtures and Drill Jigs for rollers. - Carry out the fabrication procedures to produce prototypes. - Operating the mechanical testing and inspection lab.(I.e performing Mechanical testing on material samples, oversees X-ray inspection for cracks and machining failures) - Company Representative at Helwan Company for Engineering industries Fac. No. 54. - Lead and assist technician team in the fabrication process. - Plan & supervise the overall activities of each technician in respective areas and skill.
