- Job Details:Responsibilities: - Plan and organize daily activities of treasury functions including Cash Management and Credit, data entry, reporting, reconciliations, settlements, and supporting documentation. - Issuing the required letters of guarantee in accordance with the contract concluded with the beneficiary and making amendments to the letters of guarantee such as the value, validity period, terms of the letters of guarantee, as well as canceling the letter of guarantee. - Preparing the required documents for the bank credit application and following up on the activation of the credit after its issuance and reviewing its balances for letters of credit and letters of guarantee. - Transfer money through the company's account to pay suppliers ' dues and follow-up - Follow up on bank accounts and submit a statement of daily balances, Daily update of cash position for all bank accounts. - Follow-up on customer deposits by bank account statement and settle it on the sap program. - Follow-up on the company's credit position from each bank to know the size of the debts. - Follow-up on the credit limits granted to the company by the banks it deals with and Follow-up on the amount of debt for each bank to work on repaying it before its due dates.

- Job Details:• Reviewing the contract between the company and the customer, reviewing payment terms, guarantees and any other conditions. • Recording the value of the contract with assistants and customer reports as a guiding clause • Issuing an internal memorandum to the bank accountant to issue letters of guarantee related to the payment terms if the contract stipulates that. • Follow up the cash collection or check for the submitted extract, review the deductions on the check (insurances, taxes, fines, etc.) • Reducing the customer’s indebtedness by the value of collection and proof of it on the assistants and making the general daily manual entries based on the documents attached from the treasury or the bank accountant. • Reviewing customer accounts statements and making validations with the customer to settle the account periodically. • Supporting financial department. • Reviewing balances for customers and reviewing invoices, collections and checks received from customers.
