• Job Details:Project: NCWPP (Nasr City Water Purification Plant). • Position: Senior Mechanical Quality Control Engineer. • Owner: Government of Egypt. - Conducted supplier audits to ensure vendor materials and components met required quality standards. - Conducted inspection for pumps installation, shaft alignment and piping systems installation for water intake station. - Conducted inspection for fabrication and installation of water hammer tanks. - Carried out inspection for pipelines installation (fit up, welding, visual inspection for welding, painting and touch-up). - Reviewed WPS and PQR and conducted welder qualification tests for welders. - Performed handing over for all items to the consultant. - Prepared ITP for mechanical works. - Reviewed and maintained quality documentation including material test certificates and inspection reports. - Collaborated with design, production, and project teams to resolve quality related issues minimizing production disruptions. - Ensured compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all inspection and testing activities.

Quality Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Project: Greater Cairo Metro, Al-Thawra Line (line 3) Phase 3. • Position: Quality Control Engineer. • Owner: National Authority for Tunnels. - Ensured 100% compliance with project specifications, leading to zero non-conformance reports (NCRs). - Conduct inspections and monitor erection activities such as welding, tightening, and dimensional checks. - Conduct inspection for fireproofing system and normal painting system. - Review welding, painting and tightening documents and reports created by subcontractors and third party. - Daily Reports to the QA/QC Manager. - Conduct material receiving inspections on site. - Ensure that all work done is in accordance with the approved drawings, project specification and Local & International standards & codes. - Coordinate with subcontractors, third party, consultant and client to ensure quality standards, policies and activities match with specifications.

Quality Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Project: El-Ferdan Double Swing Rail Bridge Over Suez Canal. • Position: Quality Control Engineer. • Owner: Government of Egypt. - Conduct inspection and follow up fabrication and erection activities of steel structure and ensure that they are done in accordance with the approved drawings, project specification and Local & International standards & codes. - Review Procedures, Material submittals & other submittals related to structural steel works. - Review of shop drawings & Fabrication drawings. - Witness welding activities such as welder qualification tests and PQR. - Follow up and witness NDE activities. - Follow up and make inspection on all steps of painting activities. - Review welding and painting Documents and reports.
