• Job Details:Technology Specialist: children cancer foundation “CCHF” system administration for the backend of HIS system (HP-UX, Citrix, windows server, HIS) • Duties: • Daily trouble shooting for citrix , WAS, linux, backend Cerner millennium daily issues • Add/modify troubleshoot printers (chart/backend) • Install cerner packages • Domain refresh/replicate for new domains (2 times success ) • Fat client installation for Cerner applications • Monitoring system performance and preventive maintenance • for backend activates • 2 months internship in Cerner UAE for training in System engineer • Projects participated : • RadNet implementation installing the required packages, installing and configuring the Fat clients • Cerner upgrade Participate on implantation/shadow of CCHF Cerner system upgrade from code level 2007 to 14.2015 shadowing the hardware implantation and OS/ millennium installation and implantation • Optimization project installing the required packages, domain refresh , refreshing scripts for train ,troubleshooting all kind of issues that faced by the application team
