• Job Details:Managing the offshore laboratory, training less experienced team members, high pressure process sampling, ensuring quality in laboratory test methodology, laboratory data analysis for process improvements, and conducting special projects.  Manages and conducts sampling and laboratory analyses for process systems such as the following: Oil analysis, produced water discharge, potable water, bacteria analysis, glycol analysis, diesel fuel oil, hydraulic and heat medium fluids.  Evaluation of the efficiency of chemicals (Demulsified, Pour Point Corrosion Inhibitor, Asphaltene ,Scale Inhibitor, Biocide) in both field and Laboratory (conducting lab. Bottle test ) to optimize dosing rate .  Monitoring specification of crude oil (Salt content ,Water content , Sulphur content, Pour Point and RVP)  Delivers training and mentors laboratory technicians for a major offshore production facility to meet safety, operational, production, process, and environmental goals.  Performs maintenance, calibration, verification, and repeatability tests for the laboratory equipment.  Develops laboratory testing methods and procedures in accordance with the Operations Management System.  Implements current Good Manufacturing Process for the laboratory responsibilities.  Maintains organized and accurate data documentation for laboratory tests in the logbook and the electronic Laboratory Information Management System. Analyzes this data to identify trends in the production chemistry and makes recommendations to improve the process.  Conducts special projects required for process improvements in operating conditions and production chemistry.

Laboratory Field ChemistFull Time

• Job Details: Following up production process at the fields detect the efficiency of the different treatment stages (Separator, Heaters, De Salter …etc.).  Conducting formation water complete analysis.  Evaluation of the efficiency of chemicals (Demulsified, Pour Point Corrosion Inhibitor, Scale Inhibitor, Biocide) in both field and Laboratory (conducting lab. Bottle test) to optimize dosing rate.  Monitoring Disposal treatment system efficiency and adjust treatment chemicals dose.  Evaluation of the efficiency of chemicals (Demulsified, Pour Point Corrosion Inhibitor, Asphaltene ,Scale Inhibitor, Biocide) in both field and Laboratory (conducting lab. Bottle test) to optimize dosing rate.  Monitoring and evaluation corrosion Coupons in Fluid systems.  Monitoring specification of crude oil (Salt content, Water content, Sulphur content, Pour Point and RVP).  Monitoring disposal treatment system efficiency and water dumping.  Delivers training and mentors laboratory technicians for a major offshore production facility to meet safety, operational, production, process, and environmental goals.  Performs maintenance, calibration, verification, and repeatability tests for the laboratory equipment.
