• Job Details:-Responsible for preparing the drug batches and formulations and achieve the perfect form of the drug during its stages from powders until coated tablets. - Supervision of the manufacturing stage during the production process starting from releasing API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and Pharmaceutical excipients until finishing the batches in Solid, Semi-solid and Syrup departments. - Supervision and Management of the production technician team to ensure the highest product quality for the consumer/patient by following the GMP rules. - Follow-up with the machine process and calculate OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) daily. - Responsible of the Training Files to the Production Department ( Technitians, Doctors, Managers...) on SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) of machine operations and batch record preparation and cleaning,... ext. to be matched accprding to GMP - Responsible for Second Supplier Batch's material, Follow and Attened their all process stages and document the changes/problems of it and compare with the Original supplier to decide whether to change the material or not.
