Electrical Maintenance Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for the Preventive & Corrective maintenance for the different machines ( overhead cranes, welding machines, marry up jigs, control of paint & zinc cabins and Jet Blast room ). • Providing spare parts needed for electrical & air hand tools as well ( grinders, drillers and rivets ) by following up the stock and purchasing orders on SAP. • Gaining insight on medium voltage switch gear with bus coupler, bus riser, 2 incomings and 5 outgoings to the 5 transformers serving the factory ( 3 one mega transformers and 2 two mega transformers ). • In charge of 11-member technicians team at the workshop. • Conducting reports to my manager about what we can improve to accelerate the maintenance process efficiently.

• Job Details:• Responsible for complete maintenance ( Preventive, Predictive & Corrective ) for the whole production line mechanically and of course electrically too. • Designed control circuits for machines. • Ensured that every machine and its control panel's components work properly as designed.
