• Job Details:Follow up and monitor the project submission in terms of the planned schedule. Supervising all concrete works, block works and finishing works. Overall supervision and coordination of general foreman areas. Review shop drawing and details with design drawing. Coordinate and follow the subcontractors. Coordinate civil works with other departments (MEP, electrical works). Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
