• Job Details:- Lead and develop legal department and develop strategy aligned with business plans. - Managing team members of the legal department. - Provide legal advice in all company projects & contract issues. - Monitor proper due diligence in respect of negotiations, preparation of contracts. - Provide proactive legal assistance and advice on various legal issues like dispute resolution, government agreements, regulatory, and investigations in compliance with local laws. - Assess and advise effectively to minimize and control legal risks to company and ensure that the system, controls and processes are legally appropriate. - Advising and full responsible for the issues on (Corporate Law, Commercial Law, contract law, Labor Law, litigation, new and existing legislation and regulations) and handling all procedures, Trade mark, company announcement and any task related to Egyptian General Authority for Investment and Free Zones. - Advising on implementing legal processes and procedures to be undertaken by all departments. - Anticipate & mitigate potential legal problems involving the company. - Deal with the governmental and non - governmental institutes in all matters. - Negotiating, analyzing, drafting, reviewing and interpreting various legal documents. - Assisting in the revision and amendment of the company’s policies and procedures. - Appearing in a court of law, arbitration or other judicial tribunal and initiating or defending litigation on behalf of The Company, have experience for more than 7 years in the litigation matters. - Providing legal advice and support to all departments of the Company on a wide variety of corporate, commercial and property law related matters. - Any other duties as assigned by Board of Management. - Registering, Renewing of all Official Documents, contracts, licenses. - Responsible for investigative reports with employees whose they breaking policies and procedures, labor law or work regulations. - Dealing with Egyptian General Authority for Investment and Free Zones and capital market and Establish a corporate and modify it and documentation the Lecturer of the Board of Directors meeting and the Lecturer of Ordinary General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting. - Issuance and renewal Work permits for the foreigners, Issuance and renewal visa for them.
