• Job Details:- Prepare projects baseline and cost control Prepare (narrative reports daily reports , weekly reports , monthly reports). - Prepare master plan for all projects including ( manpower - cash in -cash out and budget units). - Supervise projects execution Review company manpower. - Study and implementation planning methods and focus on Earned Value Management. - Develop and update Baseline and resource. - Cost Control for the projects.

• Job Details:- Planning and Cost Control Engineer at Remco. - Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering,manufacturing and construction disciplines. - Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software. - Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment and materials)availability, production and construction sequences. - Study and implementation planning methods and focus on Earned Value Management. - Analysis of the cost of items and the method of implementation and the duration of the project. - Contracting with subcontractors. - Action periodic reports of the projects. - Supervising the technical offices in sites and follow-up and review the work of the projects. - Projects:Stella Di Mare Phase2, Cable Car in Galala, ElGalala Hotel,150 Residential Housing in Ismailya.
