• Job Details:Working as Reservation agent for two years at Sultan gardens Resort. Tasks:- I do all the daily reports. I do processing the arrival for the next day. I am doing a new booking and respond to the travel agent via e-mail Create a rate codes and reading the contracts. reply to the individual guest by the email and over the phone. Contact with the Guest face to face and handle his complaints or give to him a quotation. Contact with the foreigner guests to give them a quotation or to arrange a pick up for them.
