• Job Details:Mapping out the training plans and schedules, designing and developing training for the new trainees  Ensure the training programs are executed and delivered as per the curriculum plan.  Interact with participants, faculty members and support staff (infrastructure, facility, audio-video, HR, etc…) to ensure that best learning experience is provided.  Attend trainees’ personal issues, such as leaves, health, etc.  Activating the employee IDs & assist participants in completing regulatory requirements.  Prepare the sessions they need from the external departments (RMG, HR, etc…)  Collaborate with the RMG and the HR before we receive every batch and before we release them.  Prepare learning reports which need to be shared with a corporate training group for monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis.
