• Job Details:- Supervising all concrete works, block works, and finishing works. - Overall supervision and coordination of general foreman areas. - Review shop drawing and details with design drawing. - Coordinate and follow the subcontractors. - Coordinate civil works with other departments (MEP, electrical works). - Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. - Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. - Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. - Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans. - Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members. - Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
