• Job Details:Reconcile suppliers transactions, track expenses and process expense reports, review and audit bills and requisitions for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment, assist with month end closing and prepare journal entries necessary to reconcile GL account, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, maintain vendor files, maintain accurate historical records, prepare customers aging, recording and posting transactions of customers’ collections, follow up with customers to collect invoices and respond to inquiries, issuing customers invoices and submitting it on ETA portal, record journal entries, check invoices, prepare cash position, monitor cash balances, gather year-end information, preparation of different periodic tax reporting/payments, record entries and post to ledger, prepare adjustment for accounts, prepare monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends, prepare state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data, timely and accurate bank reconciliation (QNB, CPS) by the end of each month, recording depreciation of fixed assets, assist with annual external audit and complete requested documents, register for government transactions on our system, review and audit invoices and requisitions for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment, help with preparing VAT return and withhold tax, review daily accounting documentation.
