• Job Details:• Working within a SAFe Agile team to develop on BMC Remedy system to fulfill our customer’s requirements. • Addressing and troubleshooting any issues/requests raised by the end user. • Developing new forms and complex workflows to fulfill required system changes and enhance the operation. • Configuring end-user, foundation, and mapping configurations, troubleshooting, and investigating application layer reported incidents. • Creating and modifying Service Request Definitions for DWPA and other Integrations. • Designing Atrium Integration jobs using Pentaho Spoon (V6) for CIs migration and data manipulation. • Creating, modifying, and deleting CMDB classes and datasets using class manager upon customers’ requests. • Configuring integration with Xmatters platform to fire callouts for high-priority tickets and also for hierarchical escalations. • Participating in a project with BMC to migrate Remedy systems from Vodafone on-premises datacenter to cloud by remediating all integrations and workflows.
