• Job Details:Reviewing and revising the proforma invoices and assure that it matches the purchasing orders. Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists) according to customs regulations and ensure its compliance with. Liaise with freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance. Follow up on shipments and documents to track progress. Follows up the arrival of the shipment to the final destination (air/sea). Completes the procedures to release the arrived shipments. Secures the transportation ways for the shipment from the location of the customs to our warehouse. Takes the necessary action for deliveries the shipment in ideal transportation according to the approved medical regulation. Manage any delays or issues that arise during clearance (e.g., demurrage, detentions). Receive, store, and manage inventory. Calculate, prepare and payment of the medical stamp for imported shipments. Calculate, prepare and payment of the medical stamp for local products on quarterly basis. Process incoming customer orders and executing it in a timely manner. Reviewing tender documents and identifying whether the company has items in it. Preparing and submitting proposal for entering the tender. Follow up after submission.
