Leading and supervising the team of sales, and support staff providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Monitoring performance indicators to ensure work quality, and conducting team-building activities. Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, procurement and finance to coordinate activities and achieve company objective, moreover managing legal documents and agreements.
