• Job Details:Monitor stock inventory & work with vendor on service procedures - Assists in telephone, email and mail orders of spare parts and assists with information & pricing requests - Monitors stock inventories - Prepare inventory shipping and receiving records both manually and electronically - Retrieve parts when needed - Communicate with vendors to procure parts by phone and fax and get prices - Monitor location for proper min/max stocking levels and lead time. - Receive correct invoices in a timely manner
