Accounting bookkeeperFreelance / Project

• Job Details:• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process. • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer’s ledger and general ledger. • Bring the books to the trial balance stage. • Perform partial checks of the posting process. • Complete tax forms. • Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements. • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

General AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Payable Accountant - (A/P) • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements of accounts. • Managing accounts payable using ERP Systems. • Comparing purchase orders, prices, method of payment. • Make payment requests for vendors. • Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures. • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports. • Maintaining historical records. Receivable Accountant - (A/R) • Issuing invoices for clients. • Post customer payments by checks, and bank transfer and entering them into the general ledger. • Preparing and sending reports of accounts receivable to accounting manager. Tax Accountant • Follow up and uploading the issued invoices to the E-invoice tax portal. • Review the issued invoices by the vendors on the E-invoice tax portal to make sure its related to the company or not. • Assist in prepare and submit the tax forms (10 & 41). Bank Accountant • Executing internal and external bank transfers. • Follow up on bank accountant balances.
