• Job Details: Perform monthly reconciliation completeness review for all bank and GL accounts under Treasury Accounting's responsibility.  Verify accounts payable paperwork to balance accounts & check Invoices and verify that invoices have been paid.  Prepares vendor cheques for mailing.  Responsible for following up on financial proceedings, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule  Conduct periodic account analyses of cash clearing accounts to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded  Review of accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness for reporting  Daily follow-up on all cash custody and ensure settlements are filed.  Check and verify cash transactions; investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies.  Processing transfers through digital online bank services.  Responsible for the Accounting and Administration of the treasury operations.  Monitor the cash flow of the company daily, making periodic analysis for cash management system & their payment mechanism.  Responsible for Issuing time deposits and bank guarantees.  Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets.  Follow up all the operation needs either transfers or cash.  Perform other financial responsibilities as and when required.

• Job Details: Extracting Statements form Online Banking.  Collecting Checks and Bills & allocating incoming payments.  Calculating Debit & Credit Interests for multiple bank accounts.  Recording the SAP Entries.  Ensuring monthly closing related to bank account activities.  Preparing bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts on a monthly basis.  Preparing treasury reports.

General AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for all bank dealings. Responsible for petty cash. Preparing and revising Payroll calculations & salaries. Analyzing journal entries & general ledger accounts. Review & Processing providers invoices. Creating Invoices when required.
