• Job Details:• Utilize reliability tools such as failure evaluations, root cause analysis and cost analysis to improve reliability of rotating equipment systems. • Vibration analysis for over 1000 rotating equipment using Emerson CSI 2140 machinery health analyzer & Bentley Nevada Commtest vb5 vibration analyzer and Adash overall vibration collector. • Thermography using Fluke thermal camera for mechanical and electrical faults. • Static Equipment analysis using NDT methods especially PT. • Using ultrasonic thickness measuring device for pipelines inspection. • Asset management on Oracle & have a good background using Maximo software. • Machine alignment using laser alignment & dial gauges. • Dynamic balancing of large induced fans.
