• Job Details:(Quality Management & Compliance) Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) In addition to ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards for home appliances, such as CE, UL, RoHS, and IEC. Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits to verify compliance. (Process & Product Quality Control) Establish and monitor quality control (QC) processes across manufacturing and assembly lines. Develop and implement inspection and testing procedures for components and finished products. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address defects and non conformities. Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, defect rates, and process efficiency. Implement incoming material inspection and sampling plans based on statistical methods. (Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing) Identify waste, inefficiencies, and defects in manufacturing processes and recommend improvements. Work closely with production teams to enhance process stability and capability (e.g., Statistical Process Control SPC). (Failure Analysis & Problem Solving) Analyze product failures and customer complaints to determine root causes. Utilize problem solving tools such as 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagrams, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). (Customer Satisfaction & Warranty Analysis) Collaborate with customer service teams to analyze warranty claims and field failures. Conduct customer feedback analysis to align quality standards with market expectations. (Documentation & Reporting) – Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation for audits compliance. Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review. Develop work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for quality--related activities. (Cross--Functional Collaboration) – Work closely with R&D, production, supply chain, and maintenance teams to ensure quality at every stage. Provide training and guidance to operators and technicians on quality standards and best practices. Support new product development (NPD) and process validation from a quality perspective.

Process EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:(Process Design & Optimization) Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Analyze workflow, layout, and material flow to ensure smooth production with minimal bottlenecks. Identify and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve process reliability. (Production Support & Troubleshooting) Provide technical support to production teams, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting process related issues. Investigate process failures, defects, and inefficiencies, recommending corrective and preventive actions. Ensure proper alignment of processes with engineering designs and specifications. (Equipment & Tooling Management) Assist in the selection, procurement, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, jigs, and fixtures. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and ensure operator training. Collaborate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability. (Quality & Compliance) Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures. Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to minimize defects and improve First Pass Yield (FYP). Implement process validation techniques to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements. (Cost & Resource Optimization) Analyze production costs and implement strategies for cost reduction without compromising quality. Optimize material usage, labor allocation, and energy consumption to maximize efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability. (Cross functional Collaboration) Work closely with design engineers, production supervisors, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure process integration. Provide input to product design teams to enhance manufacturability (Design for Manufacturability DFM). Participate in new product introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring smooth transition from design to production. (Safety & Environmental Considerations) Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE). Implement ergonomic and safety improvements to enhance workplace conditions. Promote a culture of safety within the production environment.

Design EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Product Design & Design machinery, conveyors, and processing equipment using CAD software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing and assembly. Ensure that designs comply with food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., FDA, EHEDG, or NSF). Optimize designs for manufacturing feasibility, cost efficiency, and performance. (Engineering Analysis & Optimization): Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and motion analysis to ensure durability and efficiency. Select appropriate materials and components suitable for food industry applications (e.g., stainless steel, food grade plastics). Optimize designs for ergonomics, efficiency, and ease of cleaning. Collaboration & Work closely with production, assembly, and procurement teams to ensure manufacturability. Coordinate with electrical and automation engineers to integrate mechanical systems with control systems. Support sales and marketing teams by providing technical expertise and design modifications based on customer requirements. Prototyping & Supervise the fabrication of prototypes and conduct performance tests. Analyze test results and make design improvements for better efficiency and reliability. Ensure that equipment meets industry standards and customer specifications. (Technical Documentation & Standardization): Create technical manuals, assembly instructions, and BOMs (Bill of Materials). Maintain design documentation and revision history for future reference. Develop standard design templates to improve efficiency in future projects. (Continuous Improvement & Innovation): Research and implement new technologies to enhance product performance. Stay updated on industry trends, safety regulations, and emerging materials. Lead efforts to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, and automation in production lines.
