• Job Details:The Integration Engineering team is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our users and partners throughout the entire lifecycle of their payment integration experience. Core Responsibilities: 1. Understanding user and partner requirements and communicate how we can solve their business and technical challenges. 2. Assist merchants and partner's technical teams throughout implementation. Act as the main point of contact for the client for all implementation-related activities throughout the implementation effort and track all client engagement activities using provided tools. Run test scenarios and QA testing. Perform initial monitoring of post-sales performance. 3. Creating technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices. 4. Be comfortable and confident talking about technical concepts, and explaining how TPAY works, both from a business feature and API architecture perspective. 5. Be able to think on your feet and dive into helping our users and partners with their technical issues using testing and investigation their services to make sure of calling the APIs correctly. 6. Experience in XML/ SOAP/ REST/ GraphQL APIs and automation testing using Postman. 7. Creating and upgrading technical documentation using specific technologies such as Mermaid on Wiki Azure DevOps. 8. Collaborate closely with internal teams including TAMS, OAMS, QC, and Technical Support to ensure all aspects of the launch are effectively managed.
