January 2017- October 2017 Orascom Construction : As Junior Electrical Site Engineer at: Project : ElMasah Hotel, New Entity- New Administrative Capital, Cairo, Egypt. Technical Responsibilities: Construction Power System (GIS (gas insulation switch) , Distribution transformers (66kv/22kv , 22kv/380v) , auxiliary transformer , RMU (Ring main unit) , medium voltage switchgear, medium voltage cables , MVCB( medium voltage circuit Breaker) . Construction Emergency Power System ( Diesel generator, ATS( automatic transfer switch) , center Battery , UPS ( uninterrupted power supply ) ) . Construction low voltage System (main, sub distribution panel boards, Busway, low voltage cable. Supervising and delivering to the consultant electrical work in slabs in addition to co-ordinate with civil engineers and without perfect shop drawing in each system special in lighting system which led for making shop drawing at the same time when the slab was under construction. Supervising and delivering to the consultant electrical work in block working such as installation conduits and back boxes for all systems and make co-ordination with architectural and the levels of devises. Supervising and delivering to the consultant installation exposed steel conduits and it’s accessories (RGS , EMT ,IMC ) for electrical work. Supervising and delivering to the consultant installation cable tray, cable ladder and cable trunk and make co-ordination with other trades such as firefighting, HVAC. Supervising and delivering to the consultant installation lighting fixture by different types. Supervising of fire alarm, public address , access control , Data , telephone , BMS systems. Supervising and delivering to the consultant installation earthing and lightning systems . Solve many problems in shop drawing which was confused with concept of cost control and architectural. Supervising work of landscape. ( duct bank , electric poles ). Work Responsibilities : Supervise the Electrical installation of the Project. Supervises electrical supervisors and foremen's. Direct the site work crew and the subcontractor. Prepare and review the Composite Drawings Prepare the As-Built Drawings. Quantity surveying of the materials for each trade. Coordinate with project subcontractor and consultant. Report the project progress to management. Review the purchase orders. Receive and review the materials in the project. Supervising work of landscape. ( duct bank , electric poles ). Supervising and delivering to the consultant installation earthing and lightning systems. Solve many problems in shop drawing which was confused with concept of cost control and architectural. Manage work operation involving installation, test, and Commissioning of the systems : i. Lighting System. ii. Power System. iii. Fire alarm System. iv. Public Address System. v. Building Management System (BMS). vi. Fire Fighting System (FM200 & CO2). vii. CCTV and security system. viii. Telephone and Data system. ix. Earthing system. x. UPS (uninterrupted power supply ) xi. Access control. xii. KNX.
