Fleet Services Engineer - Area ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage the exclusion of fleet improvement plans and responsible for fleet day to day readiness. • Extract relevant information from Operation team regarding required maintenance and convert in plan for execution • Schedules & assign shifts and establishes work priorities to meet operations’ needs. • Manage the daily operations of the maintenance department ensuring compliance, safety, and best practices for corrective and preventative maintenance procedures are followed including accurate completion of maintenance program • Optimize maintenance efficiency to minimize vehicles downtime. • Determine requirements for spare parts, supplies, and materials inventory and approves the purchase of supplies and spare parts. • Establish standards of performance for each position supervised. • Provide supervision and assistance in the repair and maintenance of work in progress. • Manage and Develop time estimates of planned maintenance work. • Prepare reports on equipment utilization and status of projects. • Create, develop and implement maintenance Policies and procedures. • Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair to all vehicles. . • Perform regular audits on all sites vehicles to ensure maintenance policies , procedures and working standards are being followed. • Manage and analyze operation and maintenance costs for all fleet units. • Communicate quarterly repair costs and savings with top management to note improvements.

CV & CE Senior Technical Support and Warranty EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Provide technical support for all Egypt Business units and workshops for commercial vehicles and construction equipment brands (Volvo Construction, buses & trucks, MFTBC & Higer).  Follow up, investigate & report all repeated failures to the suppliers to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.  Check and ensure performing of the safety & service campaigns on all affected units.  Provide all business units with parts technical support for any supersessions or faced out replacements.  Manage warranty failures approvals to maintain swift customer service.  Review all warranty work orders, technician reports and standard time repair is performed in best manner.  Submit, review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution.  Communicate all goodwill claims with the supplier for both service and commercial support to customers.  Manage supplier / dealer weekly & monthly reports including tracing all busses fuel consumption and performance in each trip.  Ensure inventory maintenance is performed in the scheduled time and report the updates to the supplier.

Group Warranty Coordinator & Technical Support EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Provide technical support for 10 countries in AME & CIS regions for (CAT, SEM Machines & Perkins Engines).  Design special projects through CAD software to fit customer application for Perkins power systems installation and operation needs.  Provide support for repowering options and validation to reach stable performance.  Provide and update all the business units with the latest service letters, repair methods, technical bulletins & service magazines.  Manage warranty administration for both Perkins engines and SEM machines for the 10 BUs and maintain the link between them and the PSRs to report and develop solutions.  Review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution.  Reporting and follow up on regular basis with all the BUs to enhance their performance and KPI scores.
