- Job Details:• Handling all incoming purchasing request on. • Observing materials that becomes below the safety stock. • Calculating how long the remaining stock of the materials covers. • Collecting quotations for the required materials and compare between them to choose the optimal offer. • Placing official purchasing order with appropriate quantity that fit the consumption. • Sending the purchasing order to the related vendor and receiving order confirmation. • Forward proforma invoice to accounting department if prepayment needed. • Receiving the payment proof from accounting department and assure receiving it by vendor. • Following up the shipment status with vendor. • Receiving documents that needed for clearance process. • Following up the bank to assure the payment process. • Following up with customs agent to receive the shipment. • Following up with warehouse department to assure that ordered quantity was received.
