• Job Details:Handling Events Steamulationhub hosts. • Regularly conduct observations in all programs’ sessions and provide ongoing feedback, training & coaching on implementation, classroom management, and positive discipline, etc. • Create a yearly calendar with different modules / programs to accommodate STEAMulation Hub’s targeted age groups • propose new ideas, programs, or activities to replace non-profitable ones • Coordinate with the Admission team at the center to monitor and manage enrolment numbers, budgeted targets, attendance, class / program placements, waiting lists, etc • Support in the analysis of the financial results of the program, monitor trends, evaluate, assess, and advise on course of action to remain within the target budget and adjust plans as needed. • Train, coach and develop the counsellors , as well as, manage their performance and progress. • Research and disseminate information of relevance to management to help identify opportunities for new services & programs, such as analysis of competitors’ offerings and clients’ requests & needs, as well as, report irregularities from budget and enrolment target projections and recommend actions to rectify them. • Collaborate with the Marketing Department: o For the promotion of the approved activities, events and programs. o For conducting regular market surveys & research on the sector of Child Development services and education in Egypt . • Assists with administrative, financial or operational tasks in the company, and in marketing events as needed.
