• Develop, implement and monitor administration policies and procedures ensuring adherence to the same.
• Ensure effective rendering of services such as, Security, Buffet, Transportation, Housekeeping, Postage and Courier, Office Equipment, Vehicles, etc. to enable smooth flow of day to day operations.
• Coordinate and ensure that all related purchases are reviewed and approved in accordance to the purchase authorization matrix.
